Shipping Policies

Our main shipping carrier used is USPS. Other shipping carrier may be used upon request. 

​When a large order is made various boxes may be used for shipping hence, that USPS may charge extra fees if applicable.  If necessary, you will be contacted for the approval of additional shipping fees.

Remember, please do not use PO Box as a shipping option when ordering cake dummies. The cake dummies are easily damaged in shipping. Although they are packed properly, we are not responsible for any damages due to shipping or lost packages. Once the tracking number say "delivered" we are NOT responsible.

• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US Federal holidays.

• Your product will be arrive in 3-5 business days after being shipped from our shop in Miami, FL.
